CBC veteran Carolyn Warren will begin her new position as vice president, arts, with The Banff Centre in mid-March. Warren will oversee The Banff Centre’s multidisciplinary arts programming areas, including Indigenous arts, music, theatre arts, film and media, and literary and visual arts. “Carolyn’s broad knowledge of Canadian culture, and passion for connecting the arts with audiences through new and emerging technologies, will play a pivotal role as The Banff Centre shares the art and ideas created here with the world,” said Jeff Melanson, president of The Banff Centre, in a news release.
