After a time out, the Opawiskan Stars threw everything but the kitchen sink at Canoe Lake goalie Devon Leriverre, but his outstanding saves persevered the victory for his team. He bombs around in his silver and red '92 Dodge three-quarter ton, tearing all over the country from one rodeo to another in western Canada and some parts of the States. Last year, he was happy to win the Saskatchewan circuit, especially since he lost some premium time due to injuries.

Saddle bronc rider Shawn Henry, formerly of Williams Lake, B.C., may as well be considered an Albertan now. For the past couple of years he's made Alberta his home. He now lives in Wainwright, which happens to be where one of his favorite rodeos occurs.
