If you know an outstanding young Aboriginal person between the ages of 13 and 19, the organizers of this year's SaskTel Aboriginal Youth Awards of Excellence would like to hear from you.

Each year the awards recognize and celebrate the achievements of young people in 10 categories-leadership, education, community service, culture, sports, recreation, fine arts/performing arts, technology/science, spirit and outstanding achievement. This year's awards will be handed out in Saskatoon on May 5.

All nominations must include a completed nomination form, two letters of reference, a 5 x 7 photo of the nominee and a 200-word biography written by the nominee outlining their goals, objectives and beliefs and why they feel they deserve to receive the award they are being nominated for.

The deadline for submitting nominations for the awards is March 31. For more information call Colleen Cameron at 244-4797 or Shawn Albert at 1-866-931-6286 or visit the SaskTel Web site at www.sasktel.com.
